Tzora Vineyards Shoresh Tinto 2015
Spices, black fruits, coffee, anise, lots of fruit and juice. Immediately present on the palate. With an animating bite and a delicious meatiness. A little fat rounds off the picture very well. At all times, it is also serious and you always get a good dose of pressure on the palate. In the finish you can taste a lot of black currant and also Asian spice. Maybe it's just the knowledge of the cuvee, but it seems to me that an almost ideal mix of Cabernet, Syrah and Petit Verdot has met here.
