Tzora Vineyards Misty Hills 2016
Some clay and sand on pure limestone in a north exposure at 800 meters of the Jerusalem Mountains, that's the Ridge Monte Bello in Israel. In order to avoid the heat and sun, the rows of vines are not planted transversely, but lengthways and extremely close to the greatest sun exposure, that is "state of the art" of know-how, every Californian would be proud of this vineyard. Finest cassis, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry, milk chocolate, a hint of liquorice, great freshness and finely polished tannins. An extremely well brought up wine full of finesse and incredibly delicious to drink. Kosher, like all Tzora wines, but the rabbi does not detract from the high quality.
