10% Ribolla Gialla
The color is copper pink with an elegant sparkle. The aroma is accentuated by the varietal aromatics of blue pinot with a subtle note of bread crust. The taste is elegant and durable, with a detectable flower of red fruits and citrus fruits
as an aperitif or accompaniment to sushi, raw tuna
With timely hand-harvesting, we maintain the freshness and proper sugar content. The gentle squeezing of whole clusters is followed by immediate flow and fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine matures on fine lees before the second fermentation. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. Sparkling wine has been matured on its own yeast for at least 36 months.
