Yoichi 15 Years Old is made in Nikka’s distillery on Japan’s most northerly major island, Hokkaido. Founding father Masataka Taketsuru chose this area as its climate resembles that of Scotland. The Yoichi 15 Years Old comes in a box that reflects the Japanese style of Origami paper folding. It matured in bourbon, new oak and sherry casks.
