This Nikka is the second after the Coffey Grain from the Coffey series. It is distilled in the same Coffey stills that are used for the production of grain whisky. At first it was only released in Europe, but then this whisky conquered the Japanese and then the international market.
The Nikka Coffey Malt consists of 100% malt and was produced in only one distillery.
Nose: notes of citrus fruits, coffee, chocolates, vanilla.
Taste: Soft, fresh, sparkling, notes of wood, pears, pepper, balsamic vinegar.
Finish: Long lasting.
