Minéral Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne Grand Cru 'Avize'
The 2011 Extra Brut Mineral cuvée signed by Pascal Agrapart is a Blanc de Blancs of absolute finesse.
Pascal Agrapart is undoubtedly one of the most brilliant winemakers of the Côte des Blancs, he has a keen sense of winemaking and produces absolutely remarkable cuvées, and among the most sought after by lovers of great champagnes.
Minéral 2011 is a blend of cuvée heads (the best from the press) from the best limestone plots from the Grand Cru terroirs of Avize (Les Champboutons) and Cramant (Les Bionnes). These are plots on which vines aged around fifty are planted.
Minéral 2011 Agrapart is vinified in wood, the malolactic fermentation is carried out, so that the wine develops a beautiful roundness which will elegantly accompany the finesse of the wine.
Bottled without filtration, in May 2012, the wine has aged on lees for 5 years. Its extra-brut dosage allows a pure and complete expression of the wine.
