Wine description: Gentle yellow color with soft golden shades. The nose is reminiscent of elderflower, acacia and fresh fruits (summer peach, fresh apples and citrus fruits). On the palate, the wine is fruity, dry, full-bodied, and pleasantly fresh.
Food and wine: seafood (shrimps, shells, fishes), risotto with seafood, white meat, pastas, vegetables, as an appetizers.
