This Prosecco with controlled and guaranteed designation of origin is produced with the best Glera grapes from vineyards located in Veneto, in the hilly area of Montello and the Asolo hills, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia and precisely in the vineyards of the estate " Aria valentina, located on the southern side of Montello.
Soil: Red clayey soil rich in iron.
Vineyard: The training system used is the double overturned. The number of plants per hectare can vary depending on the estate from 3500 to 4500.
White vinification. Primary fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature by selected yeasts. The second fermentation takes place at a low temperature in autoclaves.
