ESPOLÒN TEQUILA BLANCO
Since its relaunch in 2010, the Espolòn bottles appear in a whole new design. The bottles are more bulgy than before and the labels strike with their modern layout. The bottle labels show a monochrome drawing of a skeleton with the iconic rooster, which symbolizes Mexican national pride and has been created by American artist Steve Noble who already designed the bottle label of famous rum brand The Kraken.
The tequila is handmade in the Los Altos region, which is situated in the Mexican state of Jalisco. Only the hearts of the finest blue agave plants are being used to produce this Silver Tequila. As a result of its double distillation, the tequila is crystal clear and incredibly soft. One of the reasons why it won a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition definitely is its perfect balance between flavours of sweet tropical fruit and peppery spices.
