Claus Preisinger Pinot Noir 2017
Predominantly planted in wood, sand, clay on gravel. The Pinot is fermented completely with stems and stems in an open wooden barrel. Very fine, almost boiled red and black cherry, smoke aromas, roasted meat. Then comes fine light chocolate, cherry with smoke and chocolate. Everything is fine, everything remains ethereally delicate. Very fine pinot in the mouth. Delicate, tender cherry, some currant included, ethereal, in the Burgundian language more of a fine “Volnay” than a Cotes de Nuits. The tenderness runs through. Wine is fun, fun. Is not awesome, but an extremely beautiful, very harmonious, very fine Pinot.
