Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Cuvée Tradition) 2016
The house cuvée. Aging in large oak barrels and Demi-Muids between 12 and 18 months. Before that, the grapes are mostly destemmed and left to macerate for a few days using cold maceration. The red-fruity delicacy shines here in particular. A fragrant chateauuneuf with a clear character, without stable aromas or undergrowth. It is very puristic and therefore precise. If you like it a little dirtier, go to the Chante le Merle. But as an introduction to the world of chateauneufs you will find great joy here.
