Château de Pressac Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2015
Located on one of the highest points in the southern Cotes of St Emilion. An imposing building enthroned on rocks. Since the 09/10 vintage, thanks to new consultants, new vineyard work and high investments, really on the upswing. Great harmony, fairly perfect management of freshness, fruit and tannins. The whole thing is sweet, oppressively fruity, but in spite of lushness it is never fat, but remains fine. A velor carpet in the mouth made mainly of cherry fruit. The harmony towers above. What can you blame him for not calling him big? It may be a little too pleasing and tasty. Everyone will like it, but I think it's pretty perfect if the price is right, because the wine is so much fun and has such a great juicy drinking flow and is so velvety lush in the black and red cherry. This is clearly a wine for joy.
