Château de Fieuzal Pessac-Léognan Blanc 2016
The white wine from Chateau Fieuzal is actually always the trendier wine than the red wine, and it is a safe value in the middle upper class of the white wines from Pessac Léognan. The 2016 is incredibly aromatic. A mouth bristles with peach, apricot, lychee, a little avocado and kiwi. The mouth is really enjoyable, the wood note below is very moderate. The Sauvignon predominates over the Semillon. The nose shows a wonderfully spicy aroma of these fruits. The whole has a slightly fresh and green touch, although it is not immature at all. That makes it fresh and chic. A little orange peel too. But not nearly as fresh as the white Smith Haut Lafitte, but more in its aroma. Because really excellent. The wine is a lot of fun. It's very beautiful and engaging in this game between peach fruits, bitter orange, mango, avocado and kiwi. It is really fun. It vibrates and is very complex and complex. A great wine.
