Order Not Received:

All orders are delivered by the courier service UPS and come with a tracking number that can track your package via their website. These orders are also insured, so if you have not received your order you can contact us using the information below to resolve the issue:

Broken or damaged items:

Every order we send is insured, so if you receive an order with broken or damaged items, such as broken bottles, please take pictures of the package and damaged goods from different angles and send them to us at the address below so that we can decide to either send to you this product again or issue a refund. The insurance will cover the cost of any damage or replacements.

Items Missing:

If you have received your order, but notice there are items missing from the package, please save the package and contact us to resolve the matter.
