The Cedar Ridge Distillery was opened by Jeff Quint and his wife Laurie in 2005.
In 2009, Kolin Brighton joined to oversee the distillation process.
Only local ingredients are used, such as the corn grown on the farm.
The composition of 25% rye, 25% corn, 5% malted barley and a maturation in new oak barrels are only some of the key data of this Bourbon.
The use of rye gives the character of the whiskey many spicy aromas; the corn, on the other hand, balances these perfectly with its sweet components.
