APPELLATION: Colli di Luni Albarola.
VINEYARD: Vineyards located in Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo. Stony soil rich texture.
GRAPES: 100% Albarola.
AGEING: aged in tanks aceor until March and April.
PREPARATION: first half of September, manual collection. Cold maceration of the skins for 12 hours, after racking, fermentation in steel.
PAIRING: seafood dishes, excellent with fried fish and crudités.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
