PLANTATION STIGGIN'S FANCY PINEAPPLE RUM
Plantation Stiggin’s Fancy Dark Pineapple is the stunning result of a collaboration between Cognac Pierre Ferrand and the cocktail historian David Wondrich. The bark of Queen Victoria pineapples is macerated with the white Plantation rum. In a second step, the pulp is combined with the Plantation Original Dark Rum and distilled in a pot still. Both distillates are then diluted with spring water to a strength of 40% vol. Together they make for a rum, full of character and notes of Caribbean fruit.
